The Rotunda

San Francisco City Hall civil ceremonies are held at the top of the grand staircase, in a circular room, surrounded by four open arches. While other visitors can view your wedding, nobody will walk into the room during your time there. Two weddings are held every half-hour in this space from 9 am until 3 pm Monday to Friday. There is a circular balcony that wraps around the top of this room. Some guests may choose to watch your wedding from there.
